Toni P. - This is without a doubt, the best tasting specialty ollive oil I've found on the market here in the U.S.; so fresh and flavorful! I use it in sauces, soups, over antipasto, bruschetta.....it lends anything that extra special taste. A little goes a long long way; a splash with your regular olive oil adds enough flavor for amazing dressings too!

This is by far the most amazing olive oil I have ever used, hands down. It tastes like fresh basil leaves were just crushed into the oil - truly amazing. In the winter I drizzle a little on top of tomato slices for an instant shot of summer in my mouth!

This is the PERFECT oil for my basil/pine nut biscotti! What a surprise it is to anyone tasting the savory treat... and the secret ingredient is the O&Co olive oil! The smooth effects of this magnificent oil is so subtle to the taste yet so powerful to the recipe my family can't wait for the occasion for me to make more and friends beg to stay on the gift list!

I got this olive oil in a three pack with the lemon oil and regular. The basil and lemon were wonderful on salads and a little really went a long way. Even having them in the dead of winter made me feel like I was enjoying a nice summer salad.

The customer service at O&CO is outstanding. I first visited the store in Paris and then found out that the wonderful oils could be purchased in the US. Finding the exact one I wanted took some help from some very helpful representatives and they shipped it right away. Its all great, I especially like the basil infused oil.
