This product is great for an old N'awlins secret sauce used in old-time po' boy shops, seafood and Italian restaurants. Finely chop a couple cloves of garlic to saute in equal amounts of butter and olive oil (Chili Pepper Specialty gives it a spicy Cajun twist). Brush it on toast or toasted french/italian bread (split) for a garlic-bread taste that is Naturally N'awlins. Use to complement pastas and seafood, the greatest roast beef po' boy, or even over pasta for a change from red gravy.

This is our favorite olive oil! It adds incredible flavor and ZING to any recipe, and it is not overwhelmingly spicy. Not too hot to the taste buds. Just perfect. Speaking from a Texas palate, of course! I pan saute red bell peppers, onions, zucchini, etc., with a splash of this oil, freshly ground black pepper and sea salt. Or I roast the same ingredients in a 400 degree oven about 30 min. Then I toss the veggie/chili oil mixture onto a plate of steaming pasta! Delicious!
