04/19/2009O&CO. oils are FANTASTIC! I use them for everything. The olive oil with Basil is my current favorite. I always start with that. My newest breakfast creation starts with sauteing garlic and sweet onion in the Basil Olive oil. Egg whites, spinach, Havarti and throw it in a wrap - delicious. The flavor of the olive oil real makes all the flavors in food POP!! Love it!! Thanks for all of your oil creations!!

04/19/2009This oil can't be beat. After a trip to NYC, there is no other olive oil. Saute red, yellow and green peppers together with onion, serve over pasta and drizzle the olive oil on it. It's fantastic.

04/18/2009My favorite oil year-round! Makes really great bruschetta - slice, de-seed and dice Romano tomatoes, finely dice purple onion, add a few cranks of ground garlic, a couple cranks of cracked black pepper, a dash of sea salt and a few large leaves fresh basil leaves chopped or julienned. Then add the premium basalamic or the white-oregano basalmic and finish with the basil oil. Gently stir. Let sit at room temp for 30 min to meld the flavors. Serve with sliced baguette or crostini. Yum!

04/18/2009This olive oil is fantastic! It is perfect with some fresh tomatoes with some garlic and onions to make a tomato salad, and then place that on fresh bread or toast for amazing bruchetta. It adds extra flavor when used in a salad dressing, and is great as just a dipping oil...so many ways to use it!

04/17/2009This oil is for those of us who just LOVE basil. If you add it to make pesto, it becomes more intense. If you like to dip French bread or if you want to add it to fingerling potatoes, it will be so delicious.

04/17/2009I use O&Co's basil olive oil as a finisher when making homemade pasta dishes. It is especially good with my asparagus and roasted red pepper pasta dish. Years ago I would buy a premium olive oil and infuse it with basil, but it wasn't any better than what you can order from O&Co without the extra effort. Superb!

04/17/2009The basil olive oil with the premium balsamic vinegar makes the most basic of meals seem "Gourmet". A little goes a long way so the price is well worth it. Sprinkle this on your salad with some of the balsamic vinegar, kosher salt, and fresh ground pepper for a fantastic salad dressing. Highly recommend this product!

04/17/2009This oil is perfect with tomato and mozzarella. Just sprinkle some over the tomato and no need for salt or pepper. It is also perfectly paired with the O&Co balsamic vinegar as a bread dipping combination.

04/17/2009This is the BEST olive oil I've ever had! The basil flavor is subtle, but really feels luxurious and extravagant - perfect for spring and summer. I recommend buying one of the spouts that go with the container - it comes out in such a slow, smooth, even amount that you can just drizzle it over whatever you're making, which makes it last forever! A must-buy for any olive oil lover!

04/17/2009This oil is fantastic with the premium balsamic vinegar. My favorite use for this combination is with fresh mozzarella and local tomatoes for a wonderful caprese salad. Once you try the oil and vinegar from O & Co you will not be able to go back! The ingredients are superb and that is truly what makes a delicious meal.
