Apple Balsamic Glazed Pork Spare Ribs

Ingredients

  • 3 tbsp. O&CO. Everyday olive oil
  • 2 tsp. dried rosemary
  • 1 tsp. O&CO. Fleur de Sel
  • 2 tsp. fresh ground pepper
  • 2 tsp. dried sage
  • 2 tsp. dried thyme
  • 2 tsp. sweet paprika
  • 1 tsp. crushed red pepper
  • 1 tsp. ground coriander
  • 5-7 lbs. pork spare ribs
  • 3 tbsp. O&CO. Apple Balsamic Condiment

Directions

  1. In a small dish, combine olive oil and all ingredients,  except spare ribs and balsamic.
  2. Rub ribs with this mixture and refrigerate  from 2-24 hours.
  3. Preheat oven to 325.
  4. Arrange ribs in large roasting pan with meaty side up. Roast ribs for 2 hours until tender. 
  5. Preheat broiler. Brush meaty side of ribs with Apple Balsamic Condiment and broil about 6 inches from heat until browned ( about 2-3 minutes).
  6. Let stand 5 minutes.
  7. Cut between the ribs and serve.
  8. You may also grill ribs for the final step, instead of broiling, if you prefer.
