Beef Steak with Black Olive Sauce


  • 4 Eye Round Roast and Steak
  • 2 tbsp. O&CO. Everyday Olive Oil
  • 20 Black Olives
  • 4 tbsp. O&CO. Balsamic Vinegar of Modena
  • 2 tbsp. minced onion
  • 2 tsp. grated garlic clove
  • ½ cup O&CO. Mantinea & Avia Olive Oil


  1. Mince black olives.
  2. Sprinkle salt and pepper over each beef. 
  3. In a frying pan, heat 2 tbsp. olive oil and cook beef  (20-30 seconds for each side). 
  4. When beef is fully cooked, place each steak on a serving plate.
  5. In the same frying pan, put minced black olives, balsamic vinegar, minced onion, grated garlic clove and olive oil.
  6. Heat over low heat for 1-2 minutes.
  7. Pour the sauce over each beef steak.
