I tried this fig balsamic vinegar when I visited my first O&CO. store in Orange County, CA. I instantly loved it! And paired with their lemon olive oil...FANTASTIC! I used it for a quick and easy salad dressing. First mince some fresh garlic. Add it to the fig balsamic. While whisking, slowly add in the lemon olive oil. It will get thick as you whisk and get thick. Add salt and pepper to taste. Great for a salad or even just some slice tomatoes, or a dipping sauce for vegetables. (Posted on 5/13/10)
