Chicken Salad with Apple Balsamic Dressing


  • 2 skinless, fully cooked chicken breasts, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup diced Fuji apples
  • ½ cup diced celery
  • ¼ cup diced Vidalia onion
  • ½ cup walnuts, roughly chopped
  • 2 tbsp. O&CO. Apple Balsamic Condiment
  • 5 tbsp. O&CO. Fontana San Giovanni Olive Oil
  • O&CO. Fleur de Sel
  • Freshly ground pepper


  1. Toss together chicken, apple, celery, onions and walnuts, in a large bowl.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil and apple balsamic. 
  3. Add salt & pepper to taste.
  4. Add dressing to chicken mixture and chill 30 minutes before serving
