ORDERING & TRACKING

TRACKING MY ORDER

Oliviers & Co. account holders have the capability to track their orders at any time, simply click here to login to your account and select My Orders. This service will let you know where your order is in the shipping process, as soon as FedEx ships it. Please note that usually orders take at least 1 to 2 business days to leave our warehouse before an order is released to FedEx and able to be tracked.

Additionally, all Oliviers & Co. customers will receive an order confirmation email once an order has been received. When the order ships we’ll send a shipping confirmation email that includes the FedEx tracking number for your reference. Please allow up to 24 hours upon receipt of this email for your tracking information to be posted on the carrier’s website.

CANCELLATIONS

Once an order is submitted, we cannot guarantee cancellations or changes due to the promptness of our order processing, however please call 877.828.6620 Monday – Friday from 8 am – 5 pm ET, or email us outside of standard business hours, and we will do our absolute best to help you.

PAYMENT METHODS

We accept the following credit cards and payment methods: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and PayPal. Credit cards must have a US billing address.

SALES TAX

Sales tax will be applied to all orders shipped to the following states: New York and New Jersey. Please note that tax calculations are based on state and county locations of the shipping address on your order. Shipments to any other state will not include tax.
