Deviled Eggs with Truffle

Ingredients

  • 7-8 eggs, hard boiled and peeled
  • 2-3 tbl. Mayonnaise
  • ¼ tsp. mustard powder
  • ½ tsp. O&CO White Truffle salt
  • 1 tsp. O&CO Herbes de Provence
  • ½ tsp. O&CO White Truffle Oil





Directions

  1. Place eggs in pot of salted water. Bring to a boil and cook until eggs are hard boiled. (10-15 min) .
  2. Cut eggs in half lengthwise.
  3. Pop out the yolks and mash with mayo, mustard powder, Herbes de Provence, White Truffle Oil, White Truffle Salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Spoon mixture into egg whites and sprinkle with paprika.
  5. Serve chilled. *Makes 12 deviled eggs.
