Easy BBQ Baby Back Ribs

 

Ingredients

  • 2 racks baby back ribs
  • 1 large onion  quartered
  • 1 tbsp. O&CO. Salt Mix for Meat
  • 1 bottle O&CO. Smoked Hickory Barbecue Sauce

Directions

  1. Cut rib racks in half or small enough to fit in a large Dutch oven. 
  2. Cover ribs with water and add Mix for Meat and onion. Bring to a boil, lower heat to a simmer, cover and cook for 45 minutes to 1 hour or until ribs are tender.
  3. Heat grill to hot and throw ribs on the grill.
  4. Baste often with O&CO. BBQ sauce, turning often, until ribs are glazed and browned, about 15-30 minutes.
  5. Slice and serve with extra sauce.
