Frisee Salad with Cranberries, Toasted Pecans and Blue Cheese

Ingredients

  • 4 cups baby frisee or spring mix
  • ½ cup dried cranberries
  • ½ cup good blue cheese, crumbled
  • ¼ cup toasted pecans
  • 1 tsp. O&CO. Fleur de Sel
  • Freshly ground pepper
  • 3 tbsp. O&CO. Mantinea & Avia Olive Oil
  • 1 tbsp. O&CO. Cherry Balsamic Condiment

Directions

  1. Toss frisee with olive oil. 
  2. Divide greens into 2 medium or 4 small salad plates. 
  3. Evenly divide cranberries, blue cheese and pecans and sprinkle on top of greens. 
  4. Drizzle with cherry balsamic and serve.
