Ginger & Lemon Hummus

Ingredients

  • 2 cans chickpeas, drained  with liquid reserved
  • 2 tbsp. tahini
  • 2 tbsp. O&CO. Ginger & Lemon olive oil
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 1 ½  O&CO Fleur de Sel
  • 2 garlic cloves minced
  • Fresh pepper to taste
  • 4 dashes hot sauce  (optional)

Directions

  1. Place all ingredients in food processor and process until coarsely pureed. If too thick, add a bit of the reserved chickpea liquid.
  2. Season to taste.
  3. Serve room temperature or chilled with fresh veggies and pita chips.
