Ginger & Lemon Salmon

Ingredients

  • 2 garlic cloves minced
  • 3 tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
  • 3 tbsp. chopped fresh basil
  • 2 tbsp. soy sauce
  • 2 tsp. honey
  • 2 tbsp. O&CO. Ginger & Lemon Olive Oil
  • 2 10 oz. salmon fillets

Directions

  1. In a small bowl, mix together all ingredients except the salmon.
  2. Pour marinade over salmon and let sit for 1 hour in the fridge.
  3. Preheat oven to 425 or heat grill until medium hot.
  4. Bake or grill until fish is opaque, about 15 minutes.
