Greek Style Salad

Ingredients

  • 4 cups romaine lettuce, washed, drained and cut into chunks
  • 3 ripe tomatoes, cut in chunks
  • 1 red onion
  • 1 small cucumber, cut in ½ inch slices
  • 1 small red bell pepper, seeded  and sliced
  • 1 small green bell pepper, seeded and sliced
  • 1 bag O&CO. Kalamata olives, drained
  • ¼ lb. good Greek feta cheese
  • ¼ cup O&CO. Mantinea & Avia Olive Oil
  • 3 tsp. O&CO. Marouva Vinegar
  • 1 tsp. dried oregano
  • 1 tsp. O&CO. Fleur de Sel
  • Freshly ground pepper

Directions

  1. Mix together lettuce, tomato, onions, cucumbers, peppers and olives in a salad bowl. 
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, vinegar, oregano, fleur de sel and a pinch of black pepper. 
  3. Mix dressing with salad and crumble feta cheese on top. *Serve cold
