Grilled Rosemary Lamb Chops

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cups O&CO. Balsamic Vinegar of Modena
  • 6 tbsp. O&CO. Mantinea & Avia olive oil
  • 3 tbsp. minced fresh rosemary 
  • O&CO. Herbes de Provence
  • 6 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tsp. fresh ground black pepper
  • 6, 2" thick loin lamb chops
  • 3 tbsp. fresh lemon juice

Directions

  1. Make marinade using first 6 ingredients
  2. Pour over the lamb chops in shallow pan; cover with foil and refrigerate 4 hours or more, turning occasionally.
  3. Grill chops on prepared charcoal grill or gas grill, covered.
  4. Baste frequently and turn chops over at halfway point; total grilling time about 12 minutes per side.
  5. Serve with roasted artichoke hearts.
