Grilled Swordfish with Herbes de Provence

Ingredients

  • 4 swordfish steaks
  • 2 tsp. O&CO. Herbes de Provence
  • 6 tbsp. O&CO. Domaine de Marquiliani olive oil or any O&CO. French olive oil
  • 1 tbsp. O&CO. Premium Balsamic Vinegar of Modena
  • 1 tsp. O&CO. Fleur de Sel
  • ¼ tsp. fresh ground black pepper

Directions

  1. Combine Premium Balsamic with 3 tbsp. olive oil, Herbes de Provence, Fleur de Sel and pepper. Set aside.
  2. Brush steaks with remaining 3 tbsp. of olive oil. 
  3. Grill steaks over medium heat, turning once, until done ( about 10 minutes)
  4. Drizzle oil and vinegar mixture over steaks and serve immediately.
