It’s Greek To Me Chicken

Ingredients

  • 1 1/4 pound boneless, skinless chicken tenders
  • 1 tsp. sea salt
  • 1 tsp. ground black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp. dried oregano
  • 2 tbsp. O&CO. Mantinea & Avia Olive Oil
  • 3 tbsp. O&CO. White Balsamic Vinegar with Oregano
  • 2 tbsp capers
  • 4.4oz pkg. O&CO. Kalamata Black Olives; sliced lengthwise
  • 1/2 cup feta cheese; crumbled

Directions

  1. Season tenders with salt, pepper, and oregano.
  2. In a large skillet heat oil on medium-high heat and add tenders, cooking 4 to 5 minutes on each side.  
  3. Add remaining ingredients except cheese and simmer on low heat for 5 to 7 minutes longer. 
  4. Remove chicken and sauce to serving platter and sprinkle with cheese.
