This is hands down my husband and my favorite olive oil! We use it every day for every thing cooking, stir-frys, salad dressing! It's perfect for cooking but it still tastes wonderful enough to use as a finishing oil. I even use it to bake lemon cakes because the flavor goes so fantastically with my citrus tea cakes.
