O&CO.’s unique Mint Olive Oil produced in Puglia, Italy, allows the customer to have the concentrated flavor of fresh mint at any time of the year. For this specialty, the fresh mint is grown and gathered from the Galantino farm in Puglia, Italy. In the hours that follow the picking of the mint, the plant is pressed with the olives in the press.
Uses: Drizzle over taboulé, couscous, chickpea salad, lamb dishes, tomato and feta pasta salad. Also delicious for desserts: drizzle over pineapple and mango, even in brownie mix.
