An Italian specialty produced using Ligurian extra virgin olive oil and the aroma of the precious white Alba truffle (Tuber Magnatum Pico).

We've used this oil in a variety of dishes and it's amazing in each one. Since it has such a deep aromatic flavor, it can be used directly on pasta with just a touch of garlic as a sauce. Wonderful! (Posted on 8/25/10)
