The Great Chefs: Olivier Streiff

Merit has nothing to do with age: at just 30 years old, Olivier Streiff has youth, enormous talent and a great deal of nerve on his side. Having worked at the Bastide in Saint-Tropez, the Chèvre d'Or and the Grand Hôtel du Cap, he has now arrived at a place that is tailored to him: the Maya Bay, at the foot of the famous Rocabella building overlooking the entire sweep of the Bay of Monaco and the splendid blue Mediterranean. In this unique location, he transcends Mediterranean cuisine by combining it with the heady flavors of the Far East.
