Merit has nothing to do with age: at just 30 years old, Olivier Streiff has youth, enormous talent and a great deal of nerve on his side. Having worked at the Bastide in Saint-Tropez, the Chèvre d'Or and the Grand Hôtel du Cap, he has now arrived at a place that is tailored to him: the Maya Bay, at the foot of the famous Rocabella building overlooking the entire sweep of the Bay of Monaco and the splendid blue Mediterranean.
