Peach & Apricot Glazed Ham

Ingredients

  • 1 fully cooked bone in ham (5-8 lbs.)
  • 20 whole cloves
  • ½ cup O&CO. Peach & Apricot jam
  • 1-2 tbsp. ground mustard (according to your preference)
  • ½ cup packed brown sugar

Directions

  1. Place ham on a rack in a shallow roasting pan.
  2. Score the surface of the ham in a diamond pattern, about ½ inch deep and insert a clove into each diamond. 
  3. Combine jam, mustard and brown sugar in a small bowl, baste ham with mixture.
  4. Bake at 325 for 1 ¾ to 2 ½ hours or until thermometer reads 140.
