Pomegranate Picante Salsa

Ingredients

  • 1 bunch fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 1 bunch Italian parsley, chopped
  • 1 medium  red onion, chopped
  • 1 cup pomegranate arils (seeds)
  • 1 jalapeno pepper, seeded and chopped
  • 1 serrano pepper, seeded and chopped
  • 1 green bell pepper, seeded and chopped
  • 2 tomatoes, chopped
  • 3 tbsp. O&CO. olive oil
  • 1 tsp. O&CO. Fleur de Sel
  • 4 tbsp. O&CO. Pomegranate Vinegar
  • Fresh ground black pepper to taste

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients, mixing well. Chill in the fridge for at least 3 hours before serving.
