Inspired by the delicious Bolognese sauce, O&CO. developed this vegetarian Ragú in which meat is replaced by the versatile peanut. The peanut morsels are roasted slowly, then simmered in olive oil and premium balsamic vinegar. Next we add a tomato sauce flavored with sage, thyme, bay leaf, and savory which subtly spices the sweetness of the peanut morsels.
