Pesto La Rossa
With La Rossa, created by Jean-Andre Charial, 2-star Michelin Chef at L’Oustau de Baumanière in Les Baux de Provence, the key ingredients are no longer olives but sun-dried tomatoes, fresh basil, pine kernels, olive oil and a splash of balsamic vinegar.
Use as a sauce for your favorite pasta, or as an appetizer served on crackers and bread. Delicious with goat cheese, or even as a sauce for pizza.
