Seared Salmon with Mandarin Glaze

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp. O&CO. Everyday Olive Oil
  • 3 tbsp. O&CO. Mandarin Olive Oil
  • 3 tbsp. O&CO. Premium Balsamic of Modena
  • 4 salmon filets, center cut, skin on
  • 1 pinch O&CO. Fleur de Sel
  • Fresh ground pepper

Directions

  1. Pat salmon dry and season with salt and pepper to taste.
  2. Heat Everyday Olive Oil in a 12-inch nonstick skillet over medium high heat.
  3. When oil is ready, add salmon, skin side up and sear until well browned, about 4 minutes.
  4. Turn fish over and sear until cooked through, about 3-4 minutes more. 
  5. Remove fish to a warm plate. 
  6. Carefully add the balsamic vinegar and mandarin olive oil to the skillet. 
  7. Bring to a quick boil and drizzle over fish. *Serve immediately
