Sunflower Honey
A true taste of Provence! This vibrant yellow honey is harvested in Provence, where sunflowers paint the landscape from August to September. The bees that produce this honey use only the nectar of the sunflower, creating a honey characterized by subtle floral, fruity notes and a wonderful sweetness. The warmth of this honey will add a sweet zing when mixed into drinks, used as an accompaniment to cheese, or simply spread on toast.
Food pairing: Fruit salad, rice pudding, goat cheese, exotic pastries, sweet tea.
