Born in Cannes, Llorca remains faithful to his Mediterranean homeland in his cooking: simple, rustic and natural – exemplified in this tapenade which highlights the sweet saltiness of the pistachio.
Ingredients: Green olives (63.4%), extra virgin olive oil, pistachios (9%), capers, concentrated lemon juice, garlic, mustard( water, mustard seeds, vinegar, salt, sulfites), anchovy (anchovy, olive oil, wine vinegar, salt), balsamic vinegar, vegetable oil, red wine vinegar, salt, white pepper, thyme, rosemary.
