Tomato & Mozzarella Baguette

Ingredients

  • 1 loaf of fresh baguette bread 
  • 1 lb. fresh mozzarella, sliced 1/4 inch thick
  • 2 large thinly sliced tomatoes
  • 1/2 small red onion, thinly sliced
  • 12-16 oz. spring mix lettuce
  • 1 tbsp. O&CO. Basil Olive Oil
  • 2 tbsp. O&CO. Premium Balsamic vinegar
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Directions

    1. Split the baguette - length wise. 
    2. Layer tomatoes across the lower half of the bread,  sprinkle with salt and cracked pepper. 
    3. Add the red onion and evenly drizzle with oil and vinegar.  

  1. Add mozzarella and spring lettuce mix. 
  2. Put the top of the baguette on the sandwich, then wrap tightly with plastic wrap.
  3. Refrigerate for 2-4 hours before serving.
