Traditional Green Olive Tapenade
Tapenades with Green Olives originate from a traditional Provençal specialty. It was originally a simple mixture of capers (tapeno in the Provençal language), anchovies and olives.
Traditional Green Olive Tapenade
Serve tapenade during a cocktail party as an appetizer with: • crackers or on fresh/toasted bread, • 50 % of tapenade/50 % of Olive Oil in a bowl and dip bread or fresh vegetables, • 50 % of tapenade/50 % of Olive Oil in a pan, warm up, add fresh pasta, semi-dried tomatoes, mix and serve!

Green olives (84%), extra virgin olive oil, capers, garlic, mustard, anchovies, balsamic vinegar, sunflower oil, red wine vinegar, salt, peper, aromatic herbs.
