Quick recipe: Cook 1 bag of the Tagliolini pasta until al dente. Drain. Add 1 jar of O&CO Summer truffle in Olive Oil to the cooked pasta. Mix gently, add salt and pepper to taste, grated parmesan and serve warm. Delicious!
