JUST PRESSED! Enjoy Oliviers & Co's first olive oil of the 2018 harvest from Sicily, Italy - a truly remarkable Affiorato, from the OLIS domain. A unique blend of freshness and power that comprises its character. This perfectly balanced juice offers an unparalleled finesse in the mouth. This year again, Oliviers & Co has selected the best Sicilian estate to offer gourmands a new oil of absolute rarity and elegance.

We are proud to offer this wonderfully fresh extra virgin olive oil that is so smooth on the palate while revealing notes of fresh herbs, tomato leaves and fresh cucumber, all enhanced by a touch of fresh almond and green apple ….smooth, soft and sweet. A gem of elegance.

Pressed from 100% Nocellara de Belice olives and produced by Sicily’s Massimiliano Geraci, whose family has been producing Extra Virgin olive oil since the late 19th century.  The Nocellara del Belice – an indigenous and precious olive cultivar – can be considered as a symbol of the Sicilian tradition.

This fresh flavor profile makes it a great match for cooked vegetables, poultry and roasted meats, seafood dishes, salmon carpaccio, mashed potatoes, and of course, for bread dipping. Packaged in a beautiful olive green tin, the 2018 Affiorato is a rare monovarietal oil, which epitomizes the freshness and quality for which Oliviers & Co is known.

Affiorato: literally means "what comes to the surface", takes its name from an old manufacturing process used in Italy. The oil being lighter than water, it “showes" on the surface and the nectar obtained has the specificity of being fresh and delicate. Only three other producers in Italy still use this ancient technique today!
