Apple Balsamic Glazed Pork Spare Ribs
Ingredients
- 3 tbsp. O&CO. Everyday olive oil
- 2 tsp. dried rosemary
- 1 tsp. O&CO. Fleur de Sel
- 2 tsp. fresh ground pepper
- 2 tsp. dried sage
- 2 tsp. dried thyme
- 2 tsp. sweet paprika
- 1 tsp. crushed red pepper
- 1 tsp. ground coriander
- 5-7 lbs. pork spare ribs
- 3 tbsp. O&CO. Apple Balsamic Condiment
Directions
- In a small dish, combine olive oil and all ingredients, except spare ribs and balsamic.
- Rub ribs with this mixture and refrigerate from 2-24 hours.
- Preheat oven to 325.
- Arrange ribs in large roasting pan with meaty side up. Roast ribs for 2 hours until tender.
- Preheat broiler. Brush meaty side of ribs with Apple Balsamic Condiment and broil about 6 inches from heat until browned ( about 2-3 minutes).
- Let stand 5 minutes.
- Cut between the ribs and serve.
- You may also grill ribs for the final step, instead of broiling, if you prefer.
