Tacconi Wheat Germ Pasta resembles a smaller form of lasagna. Made from the wheat kernel, this pasta is a healthy choice as the grain contains vitamins A & D as well as vegetable protein. In fact, wheat germ has more nutrients per ounce than any other vegetable or grain. When combined with O&CO.’s Sauce Riviera, the result is a quick and easy meal, full of flavor as well as nutritious.

Another popular pasta is O&CO.’s Nicchioni. Once cooked its curled shape expands to resemble a “niche” making it easy to stuff with any of our sauces. This colorful pasta combines tangy tomato, hearty spinach and wheat germ shells and is delicious with one of our sauces or simply tossed with O&CO’s Salt and Herb Mix. Grown in Italy, O&CO’s Carnaroli Rice is perfect for risotto. Simply simmer rice in broth until creamy, mix in your favorite ingredients such as vegetables or pine nuts and finish with a dash of Olive Oil.
