Artichoke Hearts with Savory Sauce


  • 12 fresh artichokes or canned artichoke hearts
  • 1 jar O&CO Anchovy with Honey & Capers Spread
  • 1 tbsp. pine nuts
  • 6 O&CO. mini-crostini with olive oil
  • Watercress (optional)


  1. Steam the artichokes until tender, then let cool.
  2. Prepare the spread: crush pine nuts and fold into anchovy spread.
  3. Pull out the artichoke leaves to expose the hearts.
  4. Place 3 hearts on each serving plate and spoon the spread over them.
  5. Garnish with the watercress and mini-crostini brushed with the sauce.
