    O&Co's Artichoke Spread is wonderful on lavosh bread. Brush the bread with a little Everday or Extra Virgin Olive Oil and bake @ 375F for 5-8 min. Then add the Artichoke Spread and top with a light layer of shredded Gruyere cheese, thinly sliced zuccini, red onion, black olives - any other topping you like. Bon Appetit!
