Fig Balsamic Vinegar

Item # 74DVFI250

Size: 8.5 FL OZ

Container: Bottle

The sweet and fruity flavor of Fig Balsamic Vinegar is the perfect condiment for salads, cheese, and fresh berries.

Our balsamic vinegars are made in the tradition of purity. These are true balsamics from which we obtain a beautiful dark color and honey-like consistency resulting from a slow reduction of Trebbiano grape must. Then, during a long aging process in oak barrels, the rare and precious elixirs develop their fragrance. When the flavor of fig combines so harmoniously with the Balsamic Vinegar of Modena, it is the scent of Provence that is captured in the bottle. An O&CO. classic!

  3. "Great product and costumer service !"

I've been to one of the shops for lunch by curiosity, holding my lunch in my hand and they offered the dressing for my salad for free ! Employees were nice
I've taste this oil and came back to buy it. Really good !

  4. "I tried this fig balsamic vinegar when I visited my first O&CO."

I tried this fig balsamic vinegar when I visited my first O&CO. store in Orange County, CA. I instantly loved it! And paired with their lemon olive oil...FANTASTIC! I used it for a quick and easy salad dressing. First mince some fresh garlic. Add it to the fig balsamic. While whisking, slowly add in the lemon olive oil. It will get thick as you whisk and get thick. Add salt and pepper to taste. Great for a salad or even just some slice tomatoes, or a dipping sauce for vegetables.
