Buffalo Chicken Dip


  • 3 cups cooked rotisserie chicken
  • 2, 8oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened
  • 1 tbsp. O&CO. Chili Oil (or more if you like it hotter)
  • ½ cup shredded Pepper Jack cheese
  • ½ cup blue cheese dressing
  • ½ cup crumbled blue cheese
  • ½ tsp. O&CO. Spice mix
  • 2 tbsp. shredded Pepper Jack cheese


  1. Combine chicken, cream cheese, chili oil, ½ cup Pepper Jack cheese, blue cheese dressing, Spice Mix and crumbled blue cheese in a bowl. 
  2. Transfer mixture to a 9-inch round baking dish and sprinkle with the 2 tbsp. Pepper Jack cheese. 
  3. Bake until lightly browned.
