Chicken Satay O&CO. Style


  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves, thinly sliced into 12 strips
  • 1 tbsp. O&CO. Everyday olive oil (plus extra
  •  for grill pan)
  • 1 tbsp. soy sauce
  • 1 garlic clove, peeled & minced
  • 1 tsp. O&CO. Marouva vinegar
  • O&CO. Chili Specialty Olive Oil
  • 1 jar O&CO. Augusta Sauce


  1. In a bowl, toss chicken with 1 tbsp. Everyday oil, soy sauce, garlic and 1 tsp. Marouva vinegar.  
  2. Thread each chicken strip lengthwise onto a skewer. 
  3. In a small bowl, whisk together ½ jar Augusta sauce and 1-3 tsp. chili oil, depending on how spicy you like your sauce. 
  4. Brush grill pan with Everyday oil, heat to very hot. 
  5. Cook chicken until opaque throughout and with nice grill marks on each side. 
  6. Serve with spicy sauce.
