Chicken Satay O&CO. Style
Ingredients
- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves, thinly sliced into 12 strips
- 1 tbsp. O&CO. Everyday olive oil (plus extra
- for grill pan)
- 1 tbsp. soy sauce
- 1 garlic clove, peeled & minced
- 1 tsp. O&CO. Marouva vinegar
- O&CO. Chili Specialty Olive Oil
- 1 jar O&CO. Augusta Sauce
Directions
- In a bowl, toss chicken with 1 tbsp. Everyday oil, soy sauce, garlic and 1 tsp. Marouva vinegar.
- Thread each chicken strip lengthwise onto a skewer.
- In a small bowl, whisk together ½ jar Augusta sauce and 1-3 tsp. chili oil, depending on how spicy you like your sauce.
- Brush grill pan with Everyday oil, heat to very hot.
- Cook chicken until opaque throughout and with nice grill marks on each side.
- Serve with spicy sauce.
