TRACKING MY ORDER
oliviers & co. account holders have the capability to track their orders at any time, simply click here to login to your account and select My Orders. This service will let you know where your order is in the shipping process, as soon as FedEx ships it. Please note that usually orders take at least 1 to 2 business days to leave our warehouse before an order is released to FedEx and able to be tracked. This time may be extended during peak season (November and December) by an additional 3 to 5 business days.
Additionally, all oliviers & co. customers will receive an order confirmation email once an order has been received. When the order ships we’ll send a shipping confirmation email that includes the FedEx tracking number for your reference. Please allow up to 24 hours upon receipt of this email for your tracking information to be posted on the carrier’s website.

We’re seeing tons of early holiday shopping this year, and we’re experiencing higher than normal order volume. Many carriers are also experiencing delay this year. Rest assured we’re working around the clock to process orders as humanely fast as possible. Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping notification email. • Flat Rate offer applies to destinations within the continental US. Offer not valid for shipping to Canada or International Destinations.

GROUND DELIVERY
• For Commercial destinations or faster transit times we recommend Ground Delivery.

EXPRESS DELIVERY
• We offer express delivery by FedEx to most destinations.

OVERNIGHT DELIVERY

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
OUR RETURN POLICY
We take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products, If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase within the following stipulations, please return the item for an exchange or refund of the merchandise value.
- Given the expiration dates of most of our products, unopened merchandise can be returned for a full refund or exchanged within 14 days of the date of purchase. After 14 days, a store credit or exchange will be issued for any unopened merchandise returned up to 30 days after purchase.
- An original or gift receipt is required for all returns.

What is My oliviers & co.?
MY oliviers & co. is our way of saying ‘thank you’ to oliviers & co.’s loyal customers. Customers can enroll in our ‘MY oliviers & co.’ rewards and loyalty program at oliviersandco.com, or in person at an oliviers & co. Boutique. Once you have enrolled in My oliviers & co., in order to verify, earn and redeem points online at oliviersandco.com, you will also need to create an account with a user name and password.
How does the My oliviers & co. point system work?
When you have enrolled in My oliviers & co. either online or in an oliviers & co. Boutique, you are eligible to accrue points with each purchase made.* Once you reach the threshold of 150 points accrued, you’re able to begin redeeming or you can choose to continue to accrue points. Within the oliviersandco.com Shopping Basket, when logged in, you’ll automatically earn points with each purchase, while being able to redeem those rewards once you meet the 150 point threshold and in increments of 150 points**.
Please note that there is a maximum cap of 900 points to be redeemed in a single order.
*Loyalty points cannot be accrued on gift cards.

We offer wholesale terms to many different types of customers. We currently have accounts with small upscale boutiques, specialty food markets, gourmet e-tailers, restaurants, cafes and holiday market vendors. Each application is carefully considered for location, size and exclusivity.
3. What is the minimum opening order and credit terms?
Our minimum opening order is $500. All orders must be paid by credit card or business check. You may apply for Net 30 terms after 3 orders.
