Top each crostini generously with some of the Oliviers & Co Caponata Sauce, arrange 2 or 3 toasts on each of 4 plates & garnish each serving with the parsley sprigs.

Drizzle with Italian Grand Cru Olive Oil.

Serve immediately. You can easily replace the crostini by focacchia.
