Bruschetta Caponata
- 1 jar Oliviers & Co Caponata Sauce
- 1 package of Oliviers & Co Mini Crostini with Olive Oil
- Flat-leafed parsley sprigs for garnish
Directions:
On medium heat warm Oliviers & Co Caponata Sauce in a small pot stirring often.
Top each crostini generously with some of the Oliviers & Co Caponata Sauce, arrange 2 or 3 toasts on each of 4 plates & garnish each serving with the parsley sprigs.
Serve immediately
