Parmesan crisps, Comté and Fig Chutney

An ideal appetizer to accompany your festive meals, and especially this shiny appetizer enhanced by the NEW Porcini Olive Oil!

Parmesan crisps, Comté and Fig Chutney

Instructions:

Preheat the oven to 200C. On a baking tray lined with baking paper, sprinkle one tablespoon of Parmesan Cheese. Spread out a little using a spoon to cover a circle of about 6cm. Do the same with the rest of the Parmesan cheese. Bake for 5 to 10 minutes.

Just enough time for them to run golden. Take them out of the oven, gently peel them off and place them immediately on a rolling pin so that they obtain the curved shape desired.
Set aside to cool.
Spread a tsp. of Fig Chutney over the parmesn crisps, add a few strips of Comté cheese on each, add a few drops of Porcini Olive Oil, season with pepper, it is ready.
