Grated Foie Gras and Fig confit Toasts
- 4 tbsp of Oliviers&Co Fig Chutney
- Oliviers&Co White Truffle Salt
- 150g of raw foie gras
- 4 slices of country-style bread
Instructions:
The day before, season the foie gras with the truffle salt. Wrap the foie gras in cling film and place it in the freezer overnight.
Toast the slices of country bread and let them cool.
Spread 1 tbsp. of fig chutney on each slice.
Take the foie gras out of the freezer and grate it onto the toast with a grater (preferably a microplane grater/zester). Season with ground pepper.
Serve with the rest of the fig chutney presented separately.
