Peach, Melon and “brousse d’été” cheese Salad
At Oliviers&Co:
- Oliviers&Co Grapefruit Vinegar
- Oliviers&Co Organic Olive & Fresh Orange Olive Oil
- Oliviers&Co Salt from Camargue
At the market:
- 4 yellow or white peaches
- 2 sweet and fragrant melons
- 1 tbsp. of lavender honey
- 200 g of “brousse d’été” cheese (white and lumpy whey cheese)
- Drained juice of half a lemon
- A few mint leaves
Instructions:
Cut the melon and nectarine pulp into strips and place them onto six small plates. In a bowl, mix the lemon juice and 2 tbsp. of the Grapefruit Vinegar with the honey, add 4 tbsp. of Olive & Orange Organic Olive Oil and a pinch of Salt from Camargue.
Arrange the drained and crumbled brousse on the plates, pour the sauce over and sprinkle with chopped mint.
