Instructions:

Remove the peel and pit 4 of the oranges and the grapefruits, cut the oranges into slices and remove the grapefruit quarters, put them in a dish.
Squeeze the remaining orange, add 1 tbsp. of raspberry honey, the specialty vinegar with raspberry, mix gently, sprinkle the fruit with the juice and set aside in the fridge.

Prepare the meringue: preheat the oven to 210 ° C.
Whip the egg whites, as soon as they are frothy, add half the sugar, continue to whisk until they are firm, add the vanilla extract, whisk again until shiny «peaks» form.

Divide the fruit into four cups with the honey juice, add a drizzle of the remaining tbsp. of raspberry honey.
Place the meringue on the fruit and let it brown in the oven for 3-4 min.

Serve immediately.
