Chocolate-Covered Strawberries

The perfect treat for that special someone... or a delicious indulgence for yourself!  So easy and so delicious!

Chocolate-Covered Strawberries

Yields about 20 

 

Instructions:

Wash strawberries and pat dry.  Line a baking sheet with wax paper.

Whisk the Oliviers & Co Chocolate Spread and heavy cream in a small bowl and microwave for 5 seconds, or until smooth. Adjust the amount of heavy cream as needed until texture is creamy but not too runny.

Holding the strawberry by the stem end, dip it in the melted chocolate and twist, letting the excess drip off.  Transfer to the lined baking sheet.  Repeat with the remaining strawberries.  

Refrigerate the strawberries on the baking sheet until the chocolate is firm, at least 30 minutes.  Serve with champagne. Cheers!
