Vegetable Pie

For the dough:


Preheat the oven to 400°F.

Pour the flour, butter, Olivies&Co Salt from Camargue, pepper and sugar into a bowl and knead. Add egg yolk, water and Oliviers&Co Premium Balsamic Vinegar of Modena, and mix until you form a ball with the dough. Refrigerate for about 30 minutes, or until firm. Next, roll it out on a floured work surface and place in the baking tin lined with parchment paper. Pierce with a fork.

Mix the egg white with the Oliviers&Co Black Olive Paste Charial With Dried Tomato and spread over dough. Add the cherry tomatoes, feta cheese. Season with the selected herbs, salt, pepper and a little sugar. Drizzle a few drops of Oliviers&Co Olive & Basil Oil and Olivers&Co White Vinegar Condiment from Modena. Cook for 40 minutes in the oven. Serve warm or at room temperature.
