
A perfect & elegant dinner for any occasion. A delicious oven-roasted rack of lamb seasoned with fine garlic & herbs that is smothered in olive oil.
Rack of Lamb
- 1 ½ - 2 lb. rack of lamb
- 2 tbsp. Oliviers & Co Salt & Herb Mix for Meat
- 2 tbsp. chopped fine garlic
- 1 tbsp. O&Co White Wine Vinegar With Fresh Garlic
- 2 tbsp. Oliviers & Co Everyday Olive Oil
Directions:
Combine Oliviers & Co Everyday Olive Oil, Oliviers & Co Salt & Herb Mix for Meat, O&Co White Wine Vinegar With Fresh Garlic & garlic and mash together into a paste.
Spread all over the rack of lamb.
Marinate for at least 30 minutes or overnight.
Heat oven safe pan with a little bit of Oliviers & Co Everyday Olive Oil.
Place rack of lamb in pan & sear each side for 2-3 minutes.
Place in 350 degree oven & cook for about 20-25 minutes or until a thermometer registers 130 degrees.
Let rest 10 minutes, slice & serve.
