
Grilled mackerel thats is marinaded our our specialty vinegar & cooked by the heat of the flame.
Marinated & Grilled Mackerel

Ingredients:
- 8 mackerel fillets
- Aromatic oil for fish
- 3 tbsp of Specialty Vinegar with Pomegranate
- Salt & Herbs mix for fish
- 1 garlic clove
- 1 piece of fresh ginger
- 1/2 bunch of fresh coriander
Instructions:
Pour the pomegranate vinegar into a saucepan with the crushed garlic, half of the chopped coriander & the grated ginger, allow to warm over low heat. Add 8 tbsp. of aromatic oil for fish and 1 tsp. of salt & herbs mix.
In a dish place the rinsed & patted dry mackerel fillets, skin side up & pour the marinade over. Cover & marinate for 45 min.
Place the drained mackerel fillets under the grill skin side & grill for 5 min & serve with grilled zucchinis ribbons. Drizzle with aromatic oil, salt & pepper. Sprinkle with the remaining chopped coriander & serve.
If you have a kitchen blow torch you can grill the mackerel skin for a few minutes, the flesh will be cooked by the acidity of the marinade with the skin grilled by the heat of the flame, it’s delicious!
