Baked fish with Lemon & Olive Olive Oil
- 1 tbsp Oliviers&Co Ginger and Honey Vinegar
- 2 tsp Oliviers&Co Lemon & Olive Oil
- 1 teaspoon Oliviers&Co Salt & Herbs Mix for Fish
- Seasonal Vegetables
- Fish: Salmon, Cod,...fillet
Instructions:
Place the fish over a sheet or parchment paper
Add your favorite seasonal vegetables
Sprinkle some Salt & Hebrs Mix for Fish
Drizzle Lemon & Olive Oil and Ginger & Honey Vinegar
Fold the parchment paper, tie the open ends and bake at 400 F for 40 minutes
